I read this article calmly yesterday evening and I absolutely love how relatable and deep, honest all shares are. I felt very seen and reflected in every word that was said in this article. Thank you, Erica. đŸ€Ž I’m really happy to be a part of this series. 😊

Thank you Erica for featuring our stories of self love, our struggles, and how after 40 (for me) we finally love ourselves more.

For me it was trying to be perfect to be loved... and of course it is not possible....

And thinking iÂŽm average, IÂŽm not listened to...

It takes a huge amount of time to unlearn all this..my self love journey started 17 years ago, and I get to uncover new and new layers each year, each day.

Now IÂŽm into self reverence and adoring myself.

But the old wounds sometimes still come up.

I honor the women who have also shared their stories, because to be this level of vulnerable online and read our words in writing related to such a raw topic takes courage.

Self love is a passion for me, and I hope that my and our hones feelings can help other too.

Thank you for this feature, I honor all the co authors Helena, Therese, Jen and Erika.
